As a teacher of 33 years, I recently made the decision to retire from the occupation I loved dearly, but I turned my focus to starting a business selling items that I have always loved... monogrammed accessories!   I have always loved the monogram, and when I started miss lucy's monograms my desire was to offer an opportunity for the monogram customer to take part in the creating  and of course, the purchasing of fun-loving, classic, personalized  accessories!  From polka dots to damask... to solids... to houndstooth... to zebra...to much more,  our monogrammed accessories have a creative twist and will certainly be a bright, practical addition to any wardrobe !

Meet Lucy, our puppy mill rescue dog that our family has adopted. We have grown to love Lucy, and when thinking of a name for our company, what better name to use than the name of our favorite family member? Life is never a dull moment with Lucy! Yes, we offer gift wrap !  You can purchase miss lucy's monograms goodies for a special someone, and we will be happy to wrap the item for an additional charge of $5 per item/order.   Your gift will be placed in one of our 2 gift wrap choices - LUCY'S PAW PRINT or STRIPES AND DOTS and gift wrap will come with our signature bow detail and  a personalized note from you!  How fun!

Shipping

We are excited to offer our local customers LOCAL PICK UP !    If you live near our zipcode of 30127 and would like to pick up your order instead of having it shipped, please choose LOCAL PICK UP as you check out with your order.   We will confirm your order with you, and contact you to let you know what day your order will be ready for pick up.   

We also ship anywhere in the contiguous United States for the following fees, and don't forget...all orders over $125 will qualify for  FREE SHIPPING !! 

For Hawaii, Alaska, and INTERNATIONAL shipping, please request shipping fee by emailing us, we will email you the amount for additional shipping fees.

LOCAL PICK UP CUSTOMERS:

Please follow the check out procedure to the last step.  There you will see a drop down window where you can choose LOCAL PICK UP.  

WEST COAST AND CANADA ORDERS...

There will be a $5 Handling Fee for orders shipping to CALIFORNIA, OREGON, NEVADA, WASHINGTON, ALASKA and  HAWAII.

CANADA CUSTOMERS:

All packages will be shipped UPS and will incur a $10 additional shipping fee.

When will my order arrive?

We are so excited that you have chosen to purchase a unique, custom accessory from miss lucy's monograms! As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an email from us letting you know when your item will be ready to be picked up or will be shipped. 

We usually ship out or have your order ready for local pick up  within 3-5 days of the order. Due to the time that it takes for each item to be personally monogrammed for you, you may not receive your order for 5-7 days.  We work very dilligently to get your items to you in a timely manner, but please understand, especially during the holidays, it may take a little longer to complete your custom accessory so remember to order early during holiday seasons!  

We will ship Priority Mail or UPS, depending upon the weight of the package. All orders will be inspected and packed carefully, and you will be sent an email with the tracking number for your special delivery!

Return Policy  

 All of our miss lucy's monogrammed accessories are custom,  personalized items, and therefore, we cannot accept returns.

Please be very careful as you enter the information for your order. We will send you a confirmation email for your order so that we both agree on the information submitted.    If you receive your order and notice an error we have made or a defect, email us immediately, and we will be happy to send you a corrected item.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom monogrammed items after 30 days of your purchase.

Care Instructions

We want you to have your personalized accessory for a very long time, and  we suggest the following when caring for your new item(s):

 1.  scotchguard your accessory before using

 2.  spot clean or dry clean, if possible  

 3.  most items: cold water wash, gentle, no bleach, and hang to   dry. 

please note:  our travel cups are HAND WASH ONLY-do not place in dishwasher.

Uh-oh...the item I ordered is out of stock?

We work to keep up with our ever changing inventory, and sometimes, we may miss an item.  If you have ordered an item, but that item is out of stock,  we will email you immediately and let you know the date we should expect more stock. You may wait for the item to be restocked, choose another, or ask for a refund.
